My name is Madeline Bassett. 
I am a Washington State native and History enthusiast! I received my Bachelor of Arts in History from Pacific Lutheran University, as well as my Masters of Education from PLU.
I believe history is an essential element to a sound education - teaching skills that extend beyond the classroom- and I absolutely love teaching it. 
In my free time, you can find me reading, hiking, traveling, or spending time with loved ones. I am incredibly passionate about education, and am excited about the 2019-2020 school year!
